Enrique Schickendantz is a highly regarded corporate and business advisor with extensive experience in the Uruguayan and international markets. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in the creation, development, and leadership of several professional organizations in the legal, corporate, and fiduciary sectors, including his involvement in the establishment and growth of Andersen in Uruguay.
As Managing Partner of ES Consultores, Enrique advises local and international companies, investors, and family-owned businesses on corporate and commercial matters, real estate transactions, investment structures, trusts, and private wealth planning. His clients include businesses and investors from the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
Prior to founding ES Consultores, he represented the third generation of Escribanía Schickendantz, a firm established in 1927. He was also President and Co-Founder of Gap Servicios Fiduciarios, the first trust company registered as a professional fiduciary with the Central Bank of Uruguay.
His experience spans complex corporate transactions, structured finance, real estate developments, agribusiness investments, legal due diligence, corporate restructurings, and succession planning. He has advised on some of Uruguay’s most significant investment and development projects, providing strategic guidance throughout the full lifecycle of business ventures and investments.
