María Laura Escudero

María Laura Escudero is a lawyer and Founding Partner of the firm. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Montevideo (2020).

In 2019, she completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. She is a member of the Private International Law Department (since 2012, UDELAR, Salto).

Since 2010, she has been a Business Law Consultant, advising in areas related to Litigation, Civil, Tax, Commercial, Labor, and International Law, both on the coast of the country and in Montevideo.

She actively participates in the Negotiation area to prevent conflicts and resolve them.

She is a litigator in commercial, civil, and labor litigation. She is noted for her strong negotiation skills and effectiveness in the cases she handles, providing personalized and rigorous support to her clients.
